Arbor Domains Sales Policy
Domain Registrations
Arbor Domains performs domain name registration in
real-time. This means that as soon as you submit your order, your
domain is immediately registered under your name. In order to offer
you registrations at these extremely low prices, all domain
registration payments are non-refundable. ALL SALES
ARE FINAL.
Domain Transfers and Renewals
In the event that a domain transfer order cannot be
completed successfully, we will gladly issue a refund on your request.
To ensure a successful transfer, be sure that your domain satisfies
the following conditions before placing the request:
- You are authorized to transfer the domain(s).
- The domain must have been registered with the current registrar for at least 60 days.
- The domain is not locked by the current registrar either due to non-payment or at your request.
- The domain is still active and has at least 10 more days before it expires.
Once a domain transfer/renewal has been successfully completed,
payment is non-refundable.
